We move ahead in life, often
forgetting the meaning of life and getting carried away by the breeze. We are all
in the hurry to move ahead. When the body, mind and the spirit are in tune and
play together, a beautiful composition of music is created.
How can we tune the mind and
body?
Our mind is the powerhouse of
thoughts. The continuous train of thoughts is never ending. Meditation helps us
to control our mind and become aware of the moment. Meditation is becoming
aware of our inner self, living in the moment and not dwelling in the past or
future. Observe every thought without being judgmental and empty the mind. Gradually
there is emptiness, do not disturb this emptiness or thoughtlessness. One is not sleeping
but is becoming aware. One could enjoy inner sound of silence.
