Namaste

Namaste,

My name is Deepti. I am a certified and trained Kathak dancer. Kathak is one of the major age old traditional classical dance forms of India. I have taught classical dancing to numerous students. I regularly practice yoga and meditation as a way of life.

A strong body makes a strong mind. Our mind controls our actions.  We need to understand our body and mind, relation between the body, mind and soul. What is the meaning of “We are what we eat?” What is spiritual enlightenment? How yoga does benefits overall wellness? How can meditation help us grow? How does a thought influence our action?  What are chakras? These are some of the questions I plan to discuss and address in this blog. By creating this blog, I am making an attempt to understand these things and finding out the answers by sharing experiences.

Come, let’s begin this internal journey by understanding the inner engineering and understand ourselves better.

  3. Thank you so much for this information! I have long been a proponent of the mind/body/soul connection. Having some experience with yoga, I have felt the mind, body and soul connection through alignment with the physical, mental and spiritual conditions. I look forward to hearing more about the topics which you have brought up in your introduction. Very exciting!
